QUALITY POLICY

ACTO GmbH is a corporate company operating in the fields of medical device disinfectants, biocidal and cosmetic products, wound care, veterinary products, industrial cleaning agents, personal protective equipment (PPE) and food supplements at the sites Braunschweig (Management) and Wietzen-Holte (Manufacturing Site), Germany.

In addition to technology, continuous improvement and innovation, traditional values such as reliability, fairness and responsibility are an integral part of our corporate policy. ACTO GmbH has defined these obligations within the company policy in order to protect, strengthen and maintain its senior management, prestige and success. The success and satisfaction of our customers and employees are the focus of our quality policy.

In this way, as ACTO GmbH, we declare as the basis of our quality policy to fulfill all the standard and legal regulation requirements related to the business area, especially ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 13485: 2016 and 93/42/EEC Medical Device Regulations.

Our quality policy includes the following key points related to our management systems in accordance with the purpose and context of the establishment and creates a vision for them;

Our customers are our partners. The success and continued existence of our company depend on our customers and thus on their satisfaction with our products and their business relations with us. One of our main objectives is to identify our customers’ wishes and needs at an early stage and to meet them reliably.

Error prevention has priority over error detection.

We are determined to fulfil our duties in all matters that fall upon us in order to spread the awareness of ENVIRONMENT, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH and WORKER SAFETY. Being aware of the importance of minimizing waste at its source, reprocessing or recycling when possible, and ensuring that wastes that cannot be recycled are disposed of with appropriate methods, where applicable, we carry out the necessary activities to accomplish these measures.

We are also aware of the importance of ensuring the efficient use of energy, raw materials and natural resources in terms of both increasing work efficiency and protecting environmental health. For this purpose, we always take care of our environment, nature and ecological balances.

It is among our primary goals to prevent negative effects on the health of our employees and people who will be affected by our activities, and to provide all kinds of protection in order to control the accidents, damages and dangers that may occur to our own and other persons’ property and belongings at the very beginning.

Finally, we are committed to continuous improvement and development by setting and reviewing our management systems goals.

We aim to make our suppliers a part of our Management Systems.

Each of our employees is responsible for the implementation of this policy in their own work area. Our quality policy is open to everyone and communicated by people and organizations appointed by the company.
